This is the third time we have used this company, which is saying something because until now, we've never used the same carpet company more than once because of dissatisfaction. This company did a fabulous job carpeting our basement last year, including around posts, water heater, furnace and air conditioning units. The cost was much less than we anticipated. The installers were pleasant and efficient. We then had them replace our living room and hallway carpet and again, a year later, it's still fantastic! We recently had to have our 20 year old central AC and furnace replaced with a heat pump. Because the new unit is significantly smaller than the old one, there were spots around it where the concrete was now visible. Donny personally came and repaired the carpet seamlessly. It looks amazing - we can't even tell where it was fixed. The pricing is always fair. The carpet and padding is always high quality. The work is always wonderful. As soon as we have money saved back up to recarpet our bedrooms, we will definitely be having this company do the job.
