Martinsburg Carpet & Flooring

The appointment setting was easy and hassle free, the communication was on point and the workers showed up exactly when they said they would!!! Very professional and very efficient!!! I would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family!!! Easily 5 stars!!!!

This is the third time we have used this company, which is saying something because until now, we've never used the same carpet company more than once because of dissatisfaction. This company did a fabulous job carpeting our basement last year, including around posts, water heater, furnace and air conditioning units. The cost was much less than we anticipated. The installers were pleasant and efficient. We then had them replace our living room and hallway carpet and again, a year later, it's still fantastic! We recently had to have our 20 year old central AC and furnace replaced with a heat pump. Because the new unit is significantly smaller than the old one, there were spots around it where the concrete was now visible. Donny personally came and repaired the carpet seamlessly. It looks amazing - we can't even tell where it was fixed. The pricing is always fair. The carpet and padding is always high quality. The work is always wonderful. As soon as we have money saved back up to recarpet our bedrooms, we will definitely be having this company do the job.

Donnie was amazing with communication. He even reached out to ME when my annual warranty was coming up just to check in and make sure everything was still good with the flooring. We just used them again and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. Edwin and the rest of the team are courteous and do great work!

We recently had carpet installed by Maryland Carpet Installations, and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. Before choosing them, we visited three or four other carpet companies, but none of them came close to the level of customer service, honesty, and value we found here. Donny, the owner, is one of the most sincere and genuine business owners I've ever met. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. He made us feel comfortable, valued, and never once pressured us into making a decision. It truly felt like he cared more about making sure we were happy than simply making a sale. Not only did Donny win us over with an incredible price, but he also provided a high-quality carpet that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, he made sure we were completely satisfied and was patient in helping us find the perfect carpet for our home. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Maryland Carpet Installations stands out. If you're looking for honest pricing, quality products, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers, I wholeheartedly recommend Maryland Carpet Installations. Thank you, Donny, for making this such a wonderful experience. We couldn't be happier with our new carpet!

These guys did an outstanding job on the carpet and vinyl installation in one of my properties. Very courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING work! Very efficient and very professional! Great communication as well.

Excellent work stretching our carpet. It looks as good as the day we moved in.

Donny was fabulous!

Donny went above and beyond. Had a small playhouse project for my daughter that needed carpet and he made it happen. Very excited little girl & grateful dad. It's the small things that set companies like this apart from the rest!!!

Everything went quickly and seamlessly from picking out the carpet through the installation. Donny and his crew are a pleasure to work with.

My installers were on time, courteous and provided an excellent installation experience. Work with Donny, he made sure I received the best product for my home and at an affordable cost.

Donny worked with me to get my carpet ordered and installed quickly. The installation team was efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

The 2 men did a great job installing carpet for me. Will use this company again in the futures

Donny was very easy to work with, and his crew did a great job installing carpet in two bedrooms. Would recommend.

Donny was an immense pleasure to work with. Within a week, he was not only able to give us a quote (which was incredibly affordable compared to other quotes we had received), but he also manged to schedule the install knowing we were on a time crunch. He was both professional and kind during our interactions and his crew did an amazing job on the install. 10/10 would recommend him for your flooring needs!
